Nicholas Nelson
Managing Director
Nicholas entered the City in 1985 as an apprentice market-maker and moved from there into stockbroking in 1986. What followed was 13 year career in investment management and small-cap company research.
In 1998, he moved into the Financial PR industry for a further 13 years advising listed companies including oversight of 100 plus IPOs. His objective: to develop recognition for his clients as great investment opportunities.
Overlapping the above, from 2002, Nicholas has taken his talents in-house by joining the boards of, so far, 8 AIM and AQSE companies as they moved from private to public life.

Enrique Lopez de Mesa
Partner
Enrique entered the world of investment banking in 1991 as a corporate finance associate with Barclays de Zoete Wedd moving on through Northern Securities to become a corporate finance director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities Inc in Toronto.
What followed was a series of engagements with capital markets companies investing in a variety of sectors.
Enrique lives in London's Docklands and works with Nicholas at Nexfin's City headquarters.

Stuart Haining
Director
An experienced investor, entrepreneur, marketeer and former Bank Manager, Stuart has experienced first hand the pre and post IPO experience having sold one of his former businesses to a Nexfin client, literally as it happened. Since that time he has maintained a close relationship with the Nexfin team, becoming a non-exec in 2020, to help with our Marketing & Digital strategy. He became a full Director in 2021 and play an active role in the consultancy.
